1. Are you open on holidays?
The location at 1055 Dove Run Road is open every holiday but Christmas. The holiday hours are usually shorter, 10am-6pm, so please call ahead. 859-269-4668. The other locations are closed for holidays.

2. What insurances do you accept?
UTC accepts most major private insurance companies as well as Workman's Comp insurances. Please bring a copy of your most recent insurance card. Copies are expected at time of service.

3. Do you accept auto insurance for motor vehicle accidents?
We accept auto insurance at the Dove Run, Boardwalk, and Georgetown centers only. Please bring your auto insurance number and claim number with you.

4. What are your charges?
Please call for current visit charges. Labs, x-rays, and injections are not included in visit charges.

5. Do you have lab and x-ray at each site?
Yes.

6. Do you need an appointment to be seen?
No appointment is necessary - you can just walk in. However, we do encourage employers to call ahead to schedule company physicals. This assures that we have all the necessary forms and prevents delays for the employee.

7. Do you provide CPR and First Aid training.
Yes, please call our occupational medicine department to schedule. 859-273-8882.

8. Can I use UTC when my regular doctor is out of the office?
Yes. We can provide care in the evenings and on weekends when your regular doctor is out of the office.

9. Are mobile occupational medicine services available at my worksite?
Yes, UTC can come to your workplace to provide physical exams, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, immunizations, CPR and safety training. Call 859-273-8882 to schedule.

10. How do I send employees in for drug screening?
If you have not used UTC before for drug screening, please call our Occupational Medicine department to set up your account and drug screen procedure. If you use us as an independent reference lab for drug screening, we will need you to send us your chain of custody forms before we can begin testing.

11. Is payment expected at time of service?
Yes. Please bring your current insurance card and your copay amount with you. We do accept cash, check and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
