Obstructive Sleep Apnea Recommendations per DOT

The risk of accidents is greatly increased for driver/employees with OSA. As occmed providers, we at UTC may never know if OSA caused or contributed to the annual 5,000 fatal large truck accidents and the 250 fatal bus crashes. But we need to continue our diligence with DOT evaluations and monitor for these conditions.
